About the Program
Real Placements, Real Mentorship
Our Summer Careers Exploration Program offers students the chance to explore careers in healthcare, politics, law, finance, and government, providing guidance and opportunities for personal and professional development.
What Participants Gain
Students build experience through meaningful responsibilities, mentorship, and professional exposure, strengthening communication, time management, initiative, adaptability, and confidence.
6 Weeks, 100+ Hours
The program runs roughly six weeks from early July through mid-August, with a 100-hour minimum working commitment.
$1,200 Stipend
Participants receive a $1,200 stipend upon successful completion, with top performers eligible for an additional $3,000 scholarship.

Can I apply if I am not of Asian descent?
Yes. This program is open to all applicants. Our mission is to support and empower Asian American youth, and priority will be given to applicants who demonstrate a strong commitment to serving and uplifting Asian American communities.
How long is the program?
The program runs for six weeks, from early July through mid-August. It can also vary depending on each experience โ check each application page for further details.
How can I apply?
Interested applicants can apply through our Google Forms application links located on each page of the respective experience.
Can I apply if I am under 16?
Interns must be at least 16 years old to participate in the program, unless specified by the experience itself. Some may require an older age requirement.
Can I get a scholarship after completing the internship?
Yes, top performers based on their post-experience evaluations may be eligible for an additional $3,000 scholarship award.
How many hours do I need to complete?
Interns are required to complete a minimum of 100 hours over the course of the program. Scheduling will depend and vary from each experience.
Do interns receive compensation?
Yes, participants will receive a $1,200 stipend upon successful completion of the program.
Do I need to provide my own transportation?
Interns are responsible for their own transportation to and from the internship site.
Can I apply to multiple experiences?
Yes, however you may only be selected to participate in one.
